Her time of 57.59 is a personal record for the graduate student and the fourth best all-time mark for the event in program history. Villagran is 1st in the league in the 100 butterfly, along with a first place ranking in the 50 fly (25.78) and 50 free (24.03).

Grant eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark for the sixth time this season. He carried 12 times for 127 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Grant opened the game’s scoring with a 4-yard TD burst with 7:14 left in the first quarter. The Empire State product broke off a 36-yard run to bump SHU’s lead to 21-7 with 2:39 remaining before the break. Grant also ran for a 40-yard gain to convert a 3rd-and-2 on an eventual 99-yard scoring drive in the second quarter. Garson spearheaded Duquesne’s shutout effort in the regular season finale, totaling 11 tackles and 3.5 sacks. The 3.5 quarterback takedowns were the most by a Duquesne player since Christian Kuntz had 3.5 sacks against Monmouth on Nov. 23, 2013. Relentlessly pressuring the opposing passer, Garson led a defensive unit that limited Wagner to 171 yards of offense and only seven first downs. With Duquesne holding a 7-0 edge, the graduate transfer made a stop on a third-down run play to force a punt early in the second quarter. He made three half-tackles on Wagner’s next possession, including a stop for no gain on a fourth-down attempt. Garson’s half-sack led to a three-and-out on Wagner’s opening possession of the second half. He made a solo sack on a first-down play, setting the stage for another three-and-out later in the third quarter.

Zoppi made all three of his field goal attempts, including a 31-yard game-winner with 00:00 remaining on the clock, in the Blue Devils’ triumphant regular season finale against Saint Francis. The Nutmeg State product totaled 10 points in the 24-21 home victory. Zoppi opened the game’s scoring by booting a 21-yard field goal that capped an 8-play, 45-yard drive with 3:52 remaining in the first quarter. His 39-yard field goal brought CCSU to within 14-13 with 1:16 left in the third quarter. With the game tied at 21-21, Zoppi sent a 31-yard kick through the uprights on the final snap of the game. Finishing strong, Zoppi went 6-for-6 on his last six field goal attempts.

The freshman signal caller passed for 317 yards and four touchdowns in the Bulldogs’ 58-14 road win over Merrimack. He completed 71.0 percent of passes and was not intercepted. Averaging 10.2 yards per attempt, Eckhaus connected with eight different receivers in the regular season finale. He also rushed for 22 yards. The California product accounted for the game’s first points when he hit Anthony Frederick on a 19-yard touchdown pass 9:50 into the opening quarter. Eckhaus fired two scoring strikes in the second quarter – a 3-yarder to Jihad Edmond and a 22-yarder to Frederick – while boosting Bryant’s lead to 35-7 at the break.

Berube accounted for 20.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per outing during her latest two-game sample. She shot 50.0 percent from two-point range over the two non-conference contests. The senior center tallied 17 points, nine caroms and three assists in a 67-60 road win over Ivy League member Brown. She shot 53.3 percent from the floor and made her lone free throw attempt against the Bears. The 6-foot-3 post player opened the scoring for CCSU against Brown by completing a traditional three-point play. She scored seven first-quarter points, helping the Blue Devils to a 21-15 lead after 10:00. Berube hit the 20-point mark for the first time this season during Sunday’s four-point setback to America East member NJIT. The New Englander poured in a game-high 23 points to go along with nine boards in the 67-63 defeat. Berube saw 71 minutes of floor time last week and committed only three fouls during that span.

Lee produced 10.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per appearance during the Terriers’ two-game week. The freshman guard went a perfect 8-for-8 from the charity stripe, making four free throws in each outing. Lee scored in double figures for the first time as a collegian, netting 12 points in a setback to Ivy League member Penn. The 5-foot-10 rookie also grabbed eight boards against the Quakers. She was active in a road win over MAAC member Rider, contributing eight points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Wattara comes off a pair of impressive outings against high level competition last week for the Knights. Providing a spark off the bench, the Bronx, NY native averaged 10.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and shot 53.3 percent from the field. Wattara tied for team scoring and rebounding honors with 12 points and five boards in just 16 minutes at Northwestern on Thursday. He drained 5-8 shots from the floor.
